At su`mar we are determined to curb consumerism and better serve our beautiful planet. To avoid over-production we have set up the following systems;

PRE ORDER

Releasing the range pre-production, with small runs set up for pre-order, allows us to see where there is demand and make accordingly.

How it works; 

Pre-order styles have the due date for delivery listed on the product pages.

When you purchase an item you will be sent a notification we have received your order.

When the item is ready for delivery we will notify you and send through shipping details once dispatched.

If you receive your item and it is not quite right, you are eligible to exchange or return the item. You must make contact within 7 days of receiving the goods.

 

MADE TO ORDER

Made-to-order styles scale back production all together, only creating where there is need and opening up the opportunity for su’mar to work with the customer individually and ensure they are getting the best fit, comfort and wearability out of their garments.

How it works; 

When you purchase a made-to-order item you will be sent notification we have received your order outlining an expected due date.

If you wish to make any minor adjustments to your piece such as; sleeve length, pant leg length, dress/top body length, please contact our team ~ sales@sumarthelabel.com  

If your desired size is not showing, we may be able to accomodate, please get in touch sales@sumarthelabel.com and we are happy to help out where possible. 

When the item is ready for delivery we will notify you and send through shipping details once dispatched.

As each made-to-order garment is cut and sewn especially for you, we unfortunately are unable to offer returns. We may be able to accomodate an exchange, this however is subject to availability and dealt with on a case by case basis. If you receive your item and wish to enquire about an exchange you must make contact within 7 days of receiving the goods.
