All prices are listed in NZD and you will be charged in NZD.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase upon receiving the goods, you may return or exchange the item/s. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in brand new condition, un-worn with tags attached.
If you require to return an item, please follow the process below;
- Email sales@sumarthelabel.com within 7 days of receiving goods.
- Include the following information in your email; Item details, reason of return/exchange and proof of purchase.
- Once your return is received we will be in touch to confirm.
Faulty Goods: If you receive an item that is faulty, we will repair or replace the item where possible. If this is not possible you will be rewarded the option of a full refund, exchange or store credit. Faulty returns will be assessed, goods damaged due to wear and tear will not be replaced.
Sale Goods
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any sale goods, please be sure of your purchase.
